your pc ran into a problem windows8 error solved

If you are using windows 8 operating system sometimes the light blue  error screen appears and saying your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart and automatically restarting your system to solve this problem just follow this steps
METHOD 1:
STEP 1:
            press windows key+x on your keyboard now select search from menu...
STEP 2:
            search CMD right click and run command prompt as an Administrator.
STEP 3:
            type SFC/SCANNOW and press enter
           this command automatically scan and fix your windows errors.


still you are facing the same problem then try the another method .

METHOD 2:
STEP 1:
           press windows key+x on your keyboard now select search from menu...
STEP 2:
           click settings and type power options then select first option
           from listed options.

STEP 3:
           select High performance under Preferred plans

STEP 4:
          click Change when the computer sleeps
          under that put the computer to sleep is never then click save changes button...
STEP 5:
           click choose what the power buttons do link
           from new window click change settings that are currently unavailable
STEP 6:
          go to shutdown settings
          unselect Turn on fast start-up(recommended) and sleep boxes.
