Here the tricks to change your gmail account on android mobiles without
hard reset

STEP 1:
       Go to mobile menu and click on setting gear icon

STEP 2:
      under that select App-->then click on Google play store
STEP 3:
      under that click clear data

STEP 4:
      and then click  OK button on popup window

now restart your mobile phone
(or)

by clicking Settings-->Applications(Apps)-->Manage Applications-->Gmail under that click clear data
now restart your mobile phone
