METHOD 1:
STEP 1:
      launch BecyPDFMetaedit application on your windows

STEP 2:
      before you select open file button on BecyPDFMetaedit
      change the file mode to "Complete Rewrite". STEP 3:
      click on security tab and set as security system to "No Encryption"

STEP 4:
      Now click Save button to save your PDF file.now click on saved PDF
      file it don't require password to open your document

STEP 1:
      Launch the program  "PDFRR.Exe"

STEP 2:
      right click on restricted PDF file

       "Remove Restrictions and Save as" from the right click menu

STEP 4:
      now Goto Settings here You can quickly adjust the "settings" that the original
      restricted files are preserved with a .BAK extension.
