STEP 1:

STEP 2:
          long press power button + volume up key + menu buttons  simultaneously up-to restart your mobile.

STEP 3:
          now Android system Recovery window is appear.

STEP 4:
           under that select the third option("wipe data/factory reset") using the volume keys to move between              options and press the center menu key

STEP 5:
           then select the option "Yes"  again using volume and menu keys.
STEP 6:
