to avoid this problems just follow this steps
view-->unselect show desktop icons
right click on your desktop select view under that select show desktop icons
view-->select show desktop icons.
NOTE:
if you having large number of icons in desktop it may slow your windows performance.
to avoid this problems just follow this steps
CHANGE WINDOWS ICON SIZE:
right click on your desktop select view under that click Medium icons it shows your desktop icons normally
