you-tube streaming speed hear the steps to optimize your windows to speed up you-tube streaming.

STEP 1:
            go to Control Panel -->System and Security-->Administrative Tools

STEP 2:
            open windows firewall with advanced security tab

STEP 3:
            then open following links Inbound Rules-->new rules-->custom->all programs->next

STEP 4:             which remote ip addresses does this rele apply to->select these ip addresses radio button
            ->click add button-> 206.111.0.0/16 paste->select block the connection->next type anything-                     >finish
