How to set video as your desktop wallpaper

STEP 1:
        recommended tools: VLC media player
        open vlc media player

STEP 2:
        now click on VLC media players TOOLS-->Preference (or) click CTRL+P combination on your                keyboard   then select select video from left panel.

STEP 3:
         now select DirectXx video output from output drop down list

STEP 4:
           save the  changes then restart vlc media player

STEP 5:
       now play any video file that you would like to set as desktop background wallpaper

STEP 6:
        now click on the video tab then select DirectXx video output from dropdown list

STEP 7:
       minimize your vlc media player now you can see your video as running on your desktop
       you don't want this uncheck   DirectXx video output

Edit Audio/Video files using vlc:

enable  Advanced controls. vlc media player has advanced control panel itsels it has a keys to take
video snapshot and cut video's and audio's and record audio track from video files.vlc media players
advanced control has record button to record video or audio files then a and b are the starting and
ending points of record.this feature helps you to cut audio and video files without using specific editing
tools.

 VLC Media player trick:

STEP 1:
            Open Vlc Media Player.
STEP 2:
            click inside vlc media player Then Press Cltr + N
STEP 3:
            Now Type "Screen://" (without quotes)
STEP 4:
           Click on Play and watch this simple little trick.

stream video over YouTube/internetwork

STEP 1:
      open VLC media player
STEP 2:
      Go to media menu under that select open Network Stream tab
      media-->open Network stream.
STEP 3:
       now paste your selected url inside open Media window
        then click play button on your window

Fix Audio delay (or) Audio/Video Sync issue using VLC

STEP 1:
      open vlc media player..
STEP 2:
      right click on your VLC media player video screen.
       then Go to Interface--->Track Synchronization.
       
STEP 3:
      now adjest your audio/Video file speed using arrow keys
                                               (or)

Keyboard shortcut

press J or K keys in your keyboard to move the audio back or forward 50 milliseconds,
